The challenge was to create an engaging, approachable experience that would make the complex world of Medicare easy to navigate while providing personalized recommendations.Solution
We developed Ask Lyndy as an interactive platform featuring 3D agents that guide users through a vibrant, engaging journey. Seniors input their personal information and specific needs, and through AI, Ask Lyndy recommends the most suitable plans. My team handled everything from art direction and visuals to UX design, ensuring a secure, accurate platform in collaboration with React Native engineers. Additionally, we built 3D assets to support future marketing efforts.
